2) The Warranty Registration Card must be duly completed and returned to Interhouse Marketing Sdn Bhd within 14 days from the date of purchase.
3) The Warranty shall be immediately ceased and become void, if unauthorised repair, tamper, alteration or modification is made to the product.
4) This Warranty Card must not be defaced or altered in any way.
5) The owner shall present to our service staff this warranty card and the purchase receipt at the time of service.
6) This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from :-
a) Accidents, misuse or any manner of tampering.
b) Accessories, drum, roller, door, cabinet, glassware, remote control unit, knob, cover, consumable items, bulbs, normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting or stains.
c) Usage of wrong electrical supply / voltage.
d) Usage not in accordance with the operation instruction booklet.
e) Usage of parts 01 supplies which do not meet Canon’s Specifications and which damage the Canon Equipment or cause abnormally frequent servicing.
f) Demonstration and teaching on the usage of appliances/sets.
7) This Warranty protection does not include transportation costs incurred in sending the product for repair nor ordinary periodic check-ups.
8) This Warranty does not cover losses, damages, defects or malfunctions resulting from acts of gods, fire, civil-unrest or appliance/set has been dropped.
9) The Warranty expressly provided for herein is the sole warranty provided in connection with the product, and no other warranty, expressly or implied, is provided.Interhouse Marketing Sdn Bhd disclaim any responsibilities for any other claims, with regards to software, film, tape and any other peripherals used in connection with the product under warranty.
10) This Warranty shall subject to the Product Warranty Guide (below) covering replacement of consumable parts and specific spare parts.
11) The comprehensive warranty shall cease when re-conditioned Toner Cartridge is used with the product.
12) This Warranty Card is irreplaceable in the event of loss.

A) VIDEO PRODUCTS
The Camcorder CCD image sensor and recorder head are subject to six (6) months warranty limited to one replacement whichever comes first.

B) COMPUTER PRODUCTS
The items specified herein are subject to twelve (12) months warranty from the date of purchase.
